Guiocal ("we", "us") is a team scheduling tool that helps groups find shared availability. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your data with any third party. We do not use your calendar data for advertising or any purpose beyond displaying your availability to your team.
When you connect Google Calendar, we request the calendar.readonly scope to read your calendar events. We use this solely to identify which time slots you are busy. We do not read, store, or transmit event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees, or any other event metadata.
Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect Microsoft Calendar, we request Calendars.Read solely to determine your free/busy status. The same no-storage-of-details policy applies.
Your availability data and tokens are stored until you disconnect your calendar or your team is deleted. You can disconnect at any time by reconnecting and revoking access, or by contacting us.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. You can also revoke calendar access directly in your Google or Microsoft account settings, which will cause future refresh attempts to fail and effectively disconnect your calendar.
